We are hiring Executive Talent Acquisition to join our Human Resources department to manage our recruiting cycle. The role is to achieve organization objectives by meeting recruitment demands and needs.
* Developing talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
* Handling end to end recruitment process which includes sourcing, screening, and recruiting applicants.
* Instrumental in matching the applicants to Job Openings.
* Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs.
* Instrumental in sourcing applicants profile on Job boards, social media, and other online channels.
* Scrutinize the database for suitable candidates.
* Co-ordinate with the applicants and assist them till the final placement and also maintain a mutual relationship for the future requirements.
* Responsible for telecommunicating with managers, officers, leaders and corporate team manager for all requirements
* Organize and attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events
* Good communication skills
* Strong planning and problem-solving skills
* Good at multitasking
* Good negotiation skill
