Responsibilities

  • Review and understand technical/non-technical job requirements
  • Partner with clients to get a clear understanding of their hiring needs
  • Network and build long-term relationships with client and candidates
  • Research and develop recruiting leads
  • Perform end to the end recruitment process
  • Research into competitors and marketplace
  • Respond to and manage job inquiries
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual hiring status reports
