We are hiring a candidate for the role of Business Support Executive to act as the liaison between the company and its clients. The role is to ensure that all the work processes are followed in accordance with the company's set guidelines and standards.

Responsibilities

* Maintain good relationships with existing customers and clients

* Keep track of the number of the training program, technical meets, events conducted, course launched, and trainers certified

* Maintaining customer’s satisfaction by ensuring the work delivered is systematic and qualitative

* Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction

* Update and upgrade material released during the entire year

* Provide required industry update and training for the counselors

* Provide technical support for marketing activities

* Work hand in hand with clients to meet the business objectives of the company
