Purpose of the Job

Coordinates Dreamzone education classes and services with students, local firms, and agencies using the courses for technical training. 

Experience: 1-8 years

Gender: Any

Responsibilities

 .  Manages all operational activities of the training center

 . Works with executives to develop corporate training center strategies and initiatives

 . Business development in assigned GSC’s Territory/segment for creating healthy database

 .       Effective team review & guidance to achieve monthly/quarterly targets

 .     Coordinating implementation of technology training programs.

 . Assessing and prioritizing multiple tasks, projects, and demands.

 . Maintaining confidentiality of work related information and materials.

 . Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.

Preferred Qualification

Graduates with MBA / or Diploma Holders / Engineers

Desire Skills

      .     Effective Interpersonal & Communication Skills including tact & diplomacy

      .     Fluency in Written and spoken English

      .     Effectively using organizational and planning skills, including attention to detail and follow-through.

      .     Adept in drafting commercial proposal

      .      An absolute go-getter, highly motivated with urge to excel and exceed

      .      Flair for sales/business development and traveling

      .      Positive Attitude; should be people oriented person; maintain an established work schedule

      .      Capable of organizing seminars, workshops at Institutions & Corporates

          Capable of engaging at senior levels with corporate segment & Academic segment

      .      A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
