We are looking for skilled and passionate office Coordinator to undertake a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks.
Note: Females who are willing to join immediately will be preferred
* Handle telephones and respond to inquiries from customers and clients
* Maintain files and records for each activities taking place at centres
* Process end-of-day reports and systematically file invoices from clients
* Maintaining the track of outbound and inbound transactions
* Keep records of customer interactions and queries, process customer accounts and file documents systematically.
* Maintaining records and updating the database regularly.
* Excellent verbal communication
* Good convincing power and interpersonal skill
* Reliable with patience and professionalism
